2. She Weight Trains
Vega shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight and strength train. In several of her workout videos, she is seen using weights. Vega posted this video from the gym of herself doing bridge raises and deadlifts with barbells, and squats, bicep curls, and shoulder presses with hand weights. Vega doesn’t skip leg day. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen doing squat jumps, circle squat jumps, and squat lunges. In this video, she is seen doing kettlebell squats with a swing, squat holds, lunge squat jumps, bridge raises with a leg cross, and lunge stretches.
