Simone Biles is about to marry her fiancé, Jonathan Owens. She recently celebrated her bachelorette party with a trip to gorgeous Belize. Biles shared some highlights on her Instagram. She Ignores The Comments

Biles has been subjected to a lot of opinions in her career. However, she tells POPSugar that she has learned how to ignore them. "Whenever I'm performing, or just on a daily basis, I try to block everything out," Biles says. "I also don't look at comments or anything just because I'm grateful and I love everything about myself, and I'm proud of who I am inside and out. That's definitely helped me not think about it."

She Knows Who She Is

Biles knows who she is at this point in her life. She tells POPSugar that this helps her ignore hateful comments. "It used to affect me more when I was younger," she admits. "But I feel like I've established who I am as a person and as an athlete, and everything that people say about me on the internet has helped me win and do well."

Biles makes sure to keep her skin hydrated. She revealed some of her secrets to The Zoe Report. "As soon as I get up, I wash my face," Biles says. She's Driven

Biles has a lot of motivation. She tells The Zoe Report that gymnastics has given her this mindset. Specifically, the exercises she does when she trains. "We do a lot of sets in the gym and I think that's the only thing that really helps or keeps me going," she explains. "And I know what my goals are and what I want to achieve, so it's fairly easy to get in there and make sure the work is done."
