Anitta tells SI Swimsuit that she has a lot of confidence in herself. She says that this is why she isn't afraid to wear revealing outfits. "It's very hard for you to feel confident in a bikini. I think [you just need] to stop overthinking. Sometimes overthink. If you think that you look amazing, you will look amazing. It's all a matter of mindset." "Enter the growth mindset. Anitta is a big fan of hitting the slopes and going skiing. She sometimes even likes to go skiing in a bikini. She posted this video on Instagram of herself skiing in a bikini for the music video for her song "Loco." She also posted this photo of herself and her friends posing on the mountain, with the caption, "We went loco today."

She Created Her Own TikTok Challenge

TikTok challenges aren't just fun, they can also be a great way to workout. In Anitta's case, her "Envolver Challenge" is. The challenge involves going into a plank position, and doing a slow push-up like movement. "This move is working all of the muscles that you would typically work while doing a plank: core, lats, chest, and quads," Sadie Kurzban, founder and CEO of dance fitness studio 305 Fitness says to POPSugar.

Anitta is a singer, which means a lot. One of the things that this entails is that she is a dancer. Anitta has to learn choreography for her music videos and live performance. She posted this video on Instagram of herself performing her song "Loco" for the first time, which features choreography with lights.

She Wants To Learn About Skincare

Anitta has impressive skin, and she wants to learn how to take care of it. In an interview with NewBeauty, she revealed that she spent a lot of quarantine learning new skincare tricks. "During quarantine, I learned a lot of skin-care tips and new routines, and even added some new items to it. I guess that being able to stay more at home and not wearing so much makeup all the time made me give a lot more value to giving my skin time to rest and also nurturing it. So, I'm a lot more careful and gentle to my skin now."
