Teddi loves to run. "Running is a different kind of beast. It will transform your body and your mind," she writes in an Instagram post. "I was never a runner because I was afraid to fail. I started one minute at a time and every day got faster and within no time I was running 60 minutes without stopping. No one can run for you but you and you can do it if you commit to taking action on pushing yourself just a little harder each day. I have been running outside for the last 3+ years."

Teddi also loves going outside and taking hikes. "5 days and 50 hiked miles– unplugging at @theashram was truly an amazing experience. I walked in alone and walked out with new friends, having learned so much from such strong people. I pushed myself to do this because I feel staying in our comfort zones doesn't allow us to grow; I am so happy I did. Excited to see my family, feeling refreshed and optimistic on what's to come next," she captioned a post.

Teddi Doesn't Make Excuses

Teddi has a no excuses approach to fitness. "We all go down the rabbit hole of why we can't do things: I don't have the time. I don't have the money for a gym membership. The weather is not nice enough to be outside.  I don't like home workout videos. I don't have a babysitter to watch my kids. When we stop coming up with reasons why we can't do something and just take action, great things happen. I can assure you that by just grabbing a jump rope and blaring a favorite song you will get some amazing cardio in. You are worth it. Give me a 👋 if you are making some time for you today," she captioned a motivational Instagram post.
