Fitness Model Carol Saraiva Shows Off Amazing Body With "Golden Rhinestones"

Fitness model, educator, and nutrition guru, Carol Saraiva, makes it her mission to help other women reach their fitness goal, aiming to inspire her 1.5 million followers on Instagram. “Le Morne 🐚🌮🍃 #Mauritius đŸ‡ČđŸ‡șBikini @pajaris It has golden stones, very perfect,” she said on Instagram (translated to english), on photos of her posing by the pool in Le Morne Beach, Island of Mauritius. Here’s how Carol stays healthy and fit.


1. She eats protein

She finds a way to sneak plenty of protein into her diet, and that includes her drinks. “Coffee, milk, 1 scoop of 100% whey @maxtitaniumsuplementosnew flavor of dulce de leche, mix well and that's it!!! Your most perfect post-workout meal of your life is ready,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).

2. She’s dedicated

She’s dedicated to her fitness goals, getting herself in the best shape possible and maintaining it. “When dedication pays off đŸ’ȘđŸŒ and did you like my blonde version again?? #abs #fitnessmotivation #gym,” she said on Instagram (translated to english) on a photo of her posing in the gym.

3. She readjusts

She took the time she needed and gave herself grace, bouncing back after pregnancy. “Patience is key on this journey back. Fitness achievements, both in diet and training, do not happen overnight. It is a process of evolution. Each workout, each balanced meal, is a step forward. You need to respect this time, honor what your body has already done and trust that, with dedication and consistency, the results will come. So, don't rush. Give yourself the space and time to blossom again, knowing that every effort counts and that, with self-love and persistence, you can achieve your goals,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).

4. She does cardio

She does plenty of cardio to keep herself in incredible shape, feeling strong and healthy. “From stories to feed... I started a diet and added cardio for 30 minutes 5 times a week, I think it started to give results đŸ’ȘđŸŒâ˜ș,” she said on Instagram (translated to english) on a photo of her at the gym. According to the Cleveland Clinic, “cardio exercise can help protect your brain as you grow older. One study reported that physical activity may reduce dementia risk, no matter what age you are.”

5. She works her glutes
