Actress Olympia Valance is missing her vacation time. She shared some photos on her Instagram from a trip to Greece she took. In them, she spent time in the water with her loved ones. Valance captioned the post, “Going through my phone trying to free up some storage and stumbled upon so many Greece photos I’ve never posted and completely forgot about 😫 Get me back into that water!!!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Olympia Valance stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Weight Trains

Valance shared some of her fitness and wellness secrets to ELLE. She says that she works with a trainer. In particular, Valance says that her trainer has helped her with weight training and lifting. “Within around six weeks of training with Ryan I saw my entire built shift,” she explains. “I've exercised and trained my entire life and I've never experienced such a drastic shift in such a short amount of time as I did when I began lifting heavier weights.”

2. She Got Her Intolerance Tested

Neighbours Finale EventSam Tabone/Getty Images

When it comes to her diet, Valance tells ELLE that she has cut one food out of her diet. She says that she got her intolerance tested and learned that she had to cut it out. “I used to have onion in absolutely everything and I could never work out why I would feel so bloated or uncomfortable after eating, even meals that couldn't be deemed anything other than healthy,” she reveals. “I had my intolerance tested and onion came up with a big, dramatic, waving above my head type of red flag. Getting your food intolerance tested is such an interesting process, I would honestly recommend it to everyone. It's amazing how truly incredible you can actually feel when you give your body what it wants and eliminate what it can't handle.”

3. She Makes Time To Workout

Valance has a busy life, but she always makes time to workout. “A week in fitness for me is very dependent on my work schedule,” she tells ELLE. “I'm currently filming season two of Playing For Keeps, so no two days are the same. Some days I'm on set from 6.00am – 8.00pm which makes finding time to train difficult. On other days I may only have a half day or a few hours of filming, so I will try and plan my week out on a Sunday evening in line with what my days are looking like. I will always aim to fit in 2-3 sessions with my trainer Ryan Wilson.”

4. She Takes Supplements

Valance tells ELLE that she likes to take supplements. “In the colder months, I also try and take a daily multivitamin or Vitamin C, just to keep my immunity strong. If I am feeling run-down or I can feel a cold coming on, Bioceuticals Armaforce is my saviour—everyone should have this weapon stashed in their cupboards, in their handbags, in their desk drawers, in their everywhere! It. Will. Save. You. (Just remember to take it with food or else that queasy sea sick feeling will come on hot and fast).”

5. She Meditates

Valance revealed to Body + Soul that she incorporates mindfulness into her life. “I have a breathing exercise that I love to do every morning,” she says. “Which I incorporate mindfulness into. It’s a few minutes of stillness where I can really connect to my body, while setting my intentions for the day.”

Olivia O’Brien, the singer behind Was It Even Real?, is known for the amazing voice and her devil may care attitude. The latter was on display on social media yesterday; O’Brien just posted a new set of bathing suit shots today from her vacation to Mexico. She captioned the post, “I don’t need to tell u, u already know.” "Yeah," she captioned another, dangling from a pole. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Olivia O’Brien stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Channels Her Negativity Into Music

O’Brien, like many other songwriters, likes to draw from her personal experiences to write songs. She tells Cosmopolitan that she would channel her negative experiences into lyrics. “I used to write pretty much only about when I was sad and when I was going through something that was really hard for me,” she said.

2. She Has A Lot Of Support

In an interview with OnesToWatch.com, O’Brien talked about how she achieved fame. She says that she’s lucky to be on a good label and have a lot of supportive people around her. “I think if I didn't have my label and those people helping me, I would literally still be living in Napa and wouldn't be doing music. Because ‘i hate u, i love u’ was the only song that I released.”

3. She Pushed Herself

O’Brien tells OnesToWatch.com that she really pushed herself when it comes to her career. She says that this helped with her success. “If I hadn't got on it, and told myself, ‘I want to do this now,’ I wouldn't be anywhere, and that song would've just came and passed. I would've just been left behind. So I'm happy that I had the initiative and went for it.”

4. She Moved Past The Bullying

Rihanna's 5th Annual Diamond BallTaylor Hill/WireImage

O’Brien is open about the amount of bullying she faced when she was young. However, she tells OnesToWatch.com that she has moved past it, as she knows more important things are ahead. “Even though it's really impossible, you have to realize that high school and elementary school, middle school, whatever… in the end, you're going to be past that and have a completely separate life from that. Yeah, growing up is important and the memories you make are important, but the people that are mean probably aren't really going to go anywhere in life - because they're mean and there's obviously something going on with themselves. So you just have to remember that. Remember that one day you'll be 35 and think, 'Wow, I can't believe I ever let those dumb people affect my life.'"

5. She Swims

O’Brien loves to spend time in the water. She has posted several photos and videos on Instagram of herself enjoying time at the beach and going for a swim. She posted this video on Instagram of herself enjoying a pool day while on her Mexico vacation. O’Brien captioned the video, “What happens in slayulita, slays in slayulita.”

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
